Dennis Grimmer holds full power of attorney (Prokura) to represent BBWP in legal Transactions. The area of expertise of Dennis Grimmer comprises business and tax consulting services. He particularly advises his national and international clients on business transactions and corporate restructurings.

Dennis Grimmer studied International Business and Management at the Fontys International School of Business Economics, Venlo (NL) and at the University of Plymouth (UK) graduating as an M.Sc. in 2009. He was publicly appointed German Tax advisor in 2016 and German CPA in 2018. Before joining the BBWP GmbH, Mr. Grimmer worked in an international public auditing firm and most recently as manager in the Corporate Finance & Advisory Services department of Warth & Klein Grant Thornton AG.
