Helmut König

Career

Helmut König is Managing Director of BBWP GmbH. His area of activities comprises in particular tax structuring and transformations but also renders advisory services on VAT issues, tax procedural law, corporate restructuring and reorganisation. His clients include German and international businesses from the service and manufacturing sectors, private equity as well as tax-privileged corporations and public law bodies.

Helmut König studied business economics at the University of Bielefeld (graduation in 1986, Diplom-Kaufmann). He was publicly appointed as tax advisor in 1991 and as certified public accountant in 1997. Prior to joining BEITEN BURKHARDT, Helmut König was partner of Rölfs WP Partner AG (1999-2006) and Mazars Hemmelrath/ Marccus Partners (2007-2010).
